The website and app design were very detrimental to our brand because that is how customers will engage with us. We needed the website and app to be on point and represent the brand as a whole.
For the website we kept it very simple and easy to understand because we value understanding and making it easier for customers to use. We stayed consistent with our theme and kept that throughout our whole brand which makes it stand out. Overall i really like the website design it is very simple but sleek as well whilst displaying all the important information that's needed.
For the app we kept the same theme and colours however we made it a bit more elegant because it is aimed at adults as you need to be above 16 to download apps. In the app all the customers get a pack of their tickets and guide map which makes it a lot easier but also environmentally friendly this is very important because sustainability was one of our key focuses.
Overall I really like the app design , I think it is sleek minimalistic and efficient which fulfils our aims.
