Overall I am very happy with the module. I really liked how open the module was and how we were able to incorporate our own passions and interests into the editorial. I really enjoyed the module and I was able to talk about the hijab as well as talking about my own experiences. I wanted to educate people on the real meaning of hijab due to a lot of people having preconceived notions about the hijab due to the media. I was able to use the beautiful imagery I photographed during my summer holiday. I really loved the editorial aspect of this module as I was able to explore and experiment with different styles and designs. I really loved the development stage as it allowed me to find something better and do better on my editorial.
I really liked the essay aspect because I did reading on the topic beforehand in my own time, it allowed me to include my reading and because it was a topic that I am passionate about I excelled in it. In conclusion I really liked the module and I liked the final outcome as It allowed me to try different things even things that were outside of my comfort zone.
