The journal is based in London's Soho neighbourhood. Penny Martin, the magazine's current editor-in-chief, has held the role since the publication's launch in 2010. The journal has a worldwide readership of just under 100,000 people.
Gert Jonkersand Jopvan Bennekom of the Netherlands publish The Gentlewoman, a sister publication to Fantastic Man. The glossy, which debuted in 2010, now has a circulation of little around 100,000 copies.
After doing general research on the magazine, we made a mind map for the magazine to see what ideas we had and where we can take each idea. We also narrowed it down to things like what colour theme we want and how we are going to take the photography which are all crucial parts of the project.
After that we made another mind map just for photography ideas because we had to take our own photos for this project we wanted to come up with as many ideas as possible so that we aren't limited in terms of images.
