Since we decided to base our magazine on Hijabs and fashion one element we wanted to bring into our magazine was a sense of culture. We wanted to take a look at middle eastern culture and bring an element of it into our work. We decided to develop on the idea of possibly having arabic text on our cover and around double page spreads in the magazine. For typefaces we wanted to still keep it similar to the heading where it has that hand written effect so that it gives a sense of consistency through out the magazine. We narrowed it down to three typefaces we could possibly use. The main one being "Arslan Wessam B (A) Arslan Wessam B". We chose this because it has that script element to tie in with out title typeface as well as being bold so that the arabic can be read comfortably.
